Frequently asked questions
Clear answers without inflated claims.
Current capabilities, boundaries, and pre-launch evaluation expectations.
Does a department receive only one program?
No. A2C3 is structured as a growing program library, not one reskinned game. Both current programs are available publicly in demonstration mode for evaluation and feedback. Any future department evaluation would identify its scope, presentation, and reporting expectations in writing.
Is the Fire Safety Knowledge Challenge a ten-question quiz?
Each demonstration round contains 10 randomized questions drawn from the maintained 180-question bank, with 60 Easy, 60 Medium, and 60 Hard questions.
Is PASS production-ready?
Not yet. The Fire Extinguisher Safety Challenge is available in demonstration mode for evaluation and feedback. It remains under testing and refinement, including accessibility, analytics, and smaller-screen presentation.
How does department branding work?
The current model uses five independent colors: Frame / Background, Header Board, Sub-Board / Header Bar, Accent Stripe 1, and Accent Stripe 2. It also supports approved logo placement, display text, and structured frame layouts. The public branding preview is a local, watermarked sample only.
Does the public game collect names?
No public player account, name, email address, telephone number, school identifier, age, or precise location is required for the standard challenge. Reporting is designed around aggregate activity.
What can departments measure?
Supported reporting includes participation, starts, completions, pass results, difficulty, topic, question and selected-answer results, campaign activity, timing, broad device category, and supported accessibility-use measures.
Can a department use campaign QR codes?
Authorized departments can create campaign links and QR codes. Active campaigns can be archived and later reactivated within department-wide capacity limits while historical reporting remains available.
Is A2C3 WCAG certified?
No. Accessibility features and testing are active, but the entire platform has not been independently certified to WCAG 2.1 AA or WCAG 2.2 AA.
Does A2C3 replace CRR professional interpretation?
No. A2C3 reports measured activity and learning results. Local professionals decide what the information means for local outreach planning.
